Job responsibilities

The post holder will be a team player and will actively contribute to continuous service improvement activities, including the maintenance and improvement of quality to ensure that services are delivered with a customer focus.

The Role:

  • You will be supplying 6 Week in house training and induction to new starters
  • A key point of contact for services across the city
  • No day will be the same
  • Support SPUR and Home Ward processes
  • Liaising with Coordinator, Team Leader, and other services
  • Working on the Systmone patient platform
  • Gathering and feeding back on new ideas of working
  • You will be working alongside other Advanced Administrators
  • Managing and maintaining electronic systems

NB: White Rose Office Park is Leeds Community Healthcares Head Office and not a health centre; The post holder will not require SystmOne experience but will need experience in generic admin tasks.   • Knowledge of the importance of information governance, i.e. maintaining the confidentiality of information, storing information in the right place and making sure information is recorded clearly and accurately
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act

  • Educated to GCSE level (including English and Mathematics) OR equivalent practical knowledge and experience

Experience

  • Experience of retrieving information from various systems/applications
  • Ability to adapt to new changes implemented to the organisation such as incorporating new supplier systems as released
  • Ability to work consistently, methodically and reliably under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to support others in the performance of their roles as required
  • Delivering attention to detail within tight deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Good verbal and written skills taking into account barriers
