The post holder will be a team player and will actively contribute to continuous service improvement activities, including the maintenance and improvement of quality to ensure that services are delivered with a customer focus.
The Role:
- You will be supplying 6 Week in house training and induction to new starters
- A key point of contact for services across the city
- No day will be the same
- Support SPUR and Home Ward processes
- Liaising with Coordinator, Team Leader, and other services
- Working on the Systmone patient platform
- Gathering and feeding back on new ideas of working
- You will be working alongside other Advanced Administrators
- Managing and maintaining electronic systems
