Job summary
The Neighbourhood teams in Leeds Community Healthcare provide care and support to people so that they can stay as well as possible for as long as possible in their own homes. The Neighbourhood Administration Coordinator (NAC) will work closely with the Neighbourhood Team Coordinator (NTC) and Management Support Officer (MSO) and will line manage a team of administration staff to ensure that daily tasks are completed to required standards. The NAC will work collaboratively with colleagues across other portfolios to ensure that the Service is adequately staffed and will be expected to contribute to the successful running of and to provide staffing cover for the newly developed Neighbourhood Triage hubs. The NAC daily activities will include: Rota Management Acting as recruiting manager. Inducting new team members into the wider team. Acting as authorised signatory and investigating delays or discrepancies with invoices. Analysing information and producing accurate report
Main duties of the job

Organising meetings and taking minutes.
