Job summary
Neighbourhood Team, our service provides community nursing and therapy services for patients aged 16 and over whose health needs are best met by community based nursing and therapy services. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our dedicated admin team, working closely with clinicians to support the smooth running of day to day services. This is a key role at the heart of our operations, ensuring patients and staff receive timely, efficient administrative support. What youll be doing Coordinating and allocating daily clinical visits Booking and managing patient appointments Ordering equipment and maintaining stock levels Overseeing the servicing, tracking, and management of clinical equipment Providing general administrative support to clinicians and the wider team
Main duties of the job
You will need, Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities, Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach, Experience in an administrative role (healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential), A positive, solution focused attitude. Job is primarily based at Halton Clinic with support Admin team at Tribeca House and Weekends and Bank Holidays based at Rutland Lodge.
