People Project Support Officer

Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised People Project Support Officer to join our People Directorate on a fixed-term basis.

This role will support the delivery of key people-related projects, including staff engagement, sickness, the annual staff survey, and transformation initiatives across our people services.

You'll work closely with the People Project Manager to coordinate project tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication across teams.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and improve staff experience across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

As People Project Support Officer, youll be hands-on in supporting the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects across the Trust.

Youll manage project documentation, track progress, and support agile workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Youll also play a key role in stakeholder communications, helping teams stay informed and engaged.

This role suits someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
