Join our team as a Clinical Team manager! The Mindmate support team is a Mental health support team who work with young people from ages of 5-18, their families and the education sector to offer early intervention mental health support. We are looking for a registered member of staff who has experience of working with children and young people with emotional and mental health difficulties and can demonstrate the leadership skills needed to operationally manage a team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective operational management of one of the MindMate Support Teams in Leeds including line management of staff, financial and performance management. They will use effective leadership, change management and team building skills to monitor, evaluate and develop the service provided. The post holder will also be involved in engaging education settings with the service and maintaining positive working relationships with partner agencies as we promote partnership working to meet the needs of children and young people. The Clinical Team Manager will work alongside the Service Manager and Senior Clinical staff to ensure a high quality and accessible service. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and engagement skills, a commitment to improving service delivery and a knowledge of the education system.
