Job summary
The Front of House service at Leeds Community Healthcare (NHS) Trust are seeking an Administrator on a fixed term basis for 12 months working 22.5 hours per week. This post is a Relief post based in the East of Leeds (East Leeds Health Centre, Halton Clinic, Seacroft Clinic, Reginald Centre, Chapeltown Health Centre) however, you will also be required to cover citywide when needed. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for business use.
We provide a range of services, support and always aim to deliver a professional, efficient customer focused support to all. Our purpose is to provide a high quality, front-of-house reception service to our patients, staff and visitors. We do this by working in partnership with other organisations and groups, involving and developing our staff, and using our resources wisely to continually improve our services The administrator role supports the provision of efficient and effective administrative services to the organisation to meet identified business needs. This role is often the first point of contact into a service and may involve a range of tasks including providing a reception service, meeting and greeting visitors to the building and undertaking a range of administrative services e.g. dealing with post and parcels, replenishing/ordering stock, record keeping, referral management, booking appointments, signposting appropriately.
Main duties of the job
The duties of an administrator will include:
- Referral management Patient waiting lists
- Meet / Greet / Signposting of service users and visitors to our buildings
- Appointment / Diary / Rota / Clinic management
- Patient information systems
- Procurement and stock management
- Meetings and room booking management
- Reception / Telephony support
- Building maintenance reporting
- Daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Reporting to the Administration Services Coordinator
