Job summary

Vacancies:

Burmantofts Health Centre Monday- Friday 6-8am (10 hours per week)

Kirkstall Health Centre - Monday- Friday 5-8pm (15 hours per week)

As part of the role, you will be required to: Keep our facilities clean to NHS standards Monitor and maintain stock Use cleaning equipment Lone work Have basic computer skills Complete moving and handling tasks

Main duties of the job

You will provide a vital role in maintaining a quality cleaning service to the Health Centre and adhering to NHS Cleaning Standards.

You will be using approved working methods with equipment, cleaning materials and work procedures for the following: Sanitary areas, furniture, fixtures and fittings at high and low level. Maintain carpeting areas, hard flooring and upholstery. Ensuring high standards of cleaning of furniture, fixtures and fittings in clinical and office areas Previous cleaning experience desirable; however, full training will be given.

You must be open and honest and be able to work using your own initiative and work well within a team. You must have good communication skills with others, you will be able to receive feedback and be keen to learn.

Basic IT skills would be of an advantage to complete competency and compliance training online.
