Job summary

You will have proven leadership skills that will allow you to lead and manage a large clinical team of registered and none registered clinicians within podiatry service which covers a large geographical area. You will need excellent communication & engagement skills supporting a very diverse team in an ever-changing NHS. Staff Health & wellbeing is a service passion its key you are motivated and positive and role model the Trusts behaviours.

HCPC registration is required for the role.

Main duties of the job

You are responsible for staff rota management and ensuring we have enough capacity to match demand so that patients with greatest clinical need are prioritised. Safe systems of working for staff & escalating any concerns/themes are vital to the role.

You will be work closely with clinical and operational leadership and will be supported by an new operational lead support role.

You will be experienced in working in paperless ways using many electronic systems such as : EPR(Electronic Patient Record) SystmeOne, Oracle, Electronic Staff Record (ESR), e eostering, e-expenses, NHS jobs , Oracle , DATIX.

Active listening and ability to undertake difficult conversations is key part of the role, often managing staff attendance & issues and undertaking investigation and conversations relating to varied stakeholder concerns.
