Administration Co-ordinator - Children in Care Team

An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to provide a single point of contact for Initial related communication, for children and their families, health care professionals, local authorities and other stakeholders.
Supporting the initial LAC process from referral, appointment, to submission of reports.
Also supporting the Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust - LAC service/Community Paediatricians and it's partners to meet their statutory responsibilities to see children and young people for an Initial Health Assessment within 28 days of placement in area.

Main duties of the job
To be the central point of contact and dissemination for Initial LAC related information.
To process and co-ordinate all Initial LAC referrals.
To type and distribute Initial LAC reports from the Community Paediatricians.
Scanning and uploading of d
Maintaining service data quality and providing feedback to the team and team leader to facilitate excellent quality of data
To assist in making appointments when required.
To ensure all clinicians have access to up-to-date information to support Initial LAC processes.
To prioritise workload efficiently, identifying and resolving issues where necessary and escalating concerns appropriately
To provide, monitor and manage routine accurate information on LAC compliance against statutory targets.
To undertake audits in relation to LAC data
