Job summary

The role will provide a full range of administration services within a busy prison healthcare administration department. You will be required to support the collection and analysis of performance data to support the prison management team to ensure all contractual requirements and quality standards are planned, monitored and met within the required timescales for the contract.

This role supports our partner organisations by working in an integrated manner to ensure administration services are provided across Stoke Heath Integrated Care.

Main duties of the job

  • To support the provision of effective administration services within a busy healthcare environment and be a key member of the administration team.
  • To be a key player in the effective management of day-to-day administration services
  • To assist in the management information and reporting systems to support managers (clinical and non-clinical) in the delivery of operational services.
