A fantastic opportunity has opened for a passionate and dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse to join our dynamic Community Nursing Team serving the beautiful rural locality of South West Shropshire. We are also looking to expand out Community Nurse Bank provision. Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Community Nurse in the beautiful rural locality of South West Shropshire, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality care to people in their own homes, bringing autonomy, variety, and real purpose to your day.
What You'll Be DoingDelivering holistic nursing care that helps patients stay at home, avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, and achieve safe, timely dischargeWorking as an autonomous practitioner across a diverse and rewarding caseload, providing key clinical interventions.
Working PatternContributing to a 7-day service, 8am-6pmFlexible working options available
