Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Occupational Health Team. The post holder will provide needs based occupational health services to employees in line with good practice and current health and safety legislation. The postholder will also co-ordinate and oversee the delivery of our health and wellbeing agenda for our staff ensuring initiatives are appropriate for our workforce.

Main duties of the job

  • To support the delivery of safe, appropriate, effective and quality occupational health services to the Trust including pre employment checks and management referrals.
  • To co-ordinate and oversee the health and wellbeing agenda for our staff.
  • To ensure that practice takes full consideration of researched findings and complies with Policies, Protocols and Standards applicable to the scope of occupational health and that audit results lead to improvements within service provision.
