We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Podiatrist, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions (MSK), to join our Podiatry team at Shropshire Community Health Trust. As part of this role you will be specialising in MSK Podiatry within the Musculoskeletal Services Shropshire and Telford (MSST). This service offers specialist multi-disciplinary team assessments and management to patients who suffer from musculoskeletal health problems that don't require hospital treatment.

We are looking for a full-time Podiatrist however part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
Utilising current skills within MSK podiatry to manage a caseload within MSST service a minimum of two days per week if working full time.
You must be a HCPC Registered Podiatrist to apply, with a range of MSK experience within an MSK setting. As part of this role you will also maintain your Podiatric skills across our caseload utilising your MSK skills to support management of the high risk foot across the community setting within clinics and patient homes.
You will be expected to assess, diagnose, develop and implement individualised care programmes to all groups of patients with a wide variety of clinical needs, including acute or chronic neuropathies, chronic disease management e.g. diabetes, rheumatology, vascular insufficiency and wound management as well as other specialised clinics including Nail surgery across the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin area.
You will be required to travel as part of this role as clinics are delivered across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.
