Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 housekeepers to join our fantastic Minor Injuries Team in Oswestry to support with the effective running of the unit. The role will mainly provide cleaning duties to maintain compliance with cleaning standards and the ordering, rotation, storage of stock for the effective running of the unit. These posts are to provide 2 hours per day to cover the unit 7 days per week, although flexible working together is encouraged to optimise work/life balance.

Main duties of the job

To ensure general and specialist equipment are cleaned as per cleaning policy / audits.

To ensure the environment is safe and tidy at all times e.g., remove clutter, tidy notice boards etc.

To maintain upkeep of patient clinic areas.

To identify any problems with cleanliness and report to the Team Leader.

To maintain a rotational programme for replacing curtains.

To maintain regular contact with the Building Manager and Team Leader to discuss problems/suggestions
