Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person, to support our Director and Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) team. We are looking to fill a new role for an EPRR and Resilience Coordinator.
The post sits within our Resilience Directorate which provides centralised support to the Clinical Operating Divisions across a range of services, including major incident management, CQC compliance, patient transport, interpreting services, uniforms and a logistics function for the trust.
The EPRR and Resilience coordinator will support the Director of Resilience and the EPRR team with senior level business administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work direct to the Director of Resilience to ensure administration and organisation of the wider team are delivered as detailed in the main duties of the role.
They will also support the EPRR Officers with general administration support, maintaining the Resilience mailbox, reviewing and circulating NHSE cascades, supporting with NHSE assurance submissions and providing the administration response to Trust Incidents. This will include arranging incident meetings, taking and circulating formal minutes and providing loggist support when required.
Main duties of the job
- Providing senior level business administrative support to the Director of Resilience through, diary management including booking meetings and events, reporting tasks, minute taking, agenda preparation and circulating and general administration tasks.
- Supporting the EPRR Officers with general administration tasks, providing administration responses to Trust Incidents by arranging incident meetings, agenda preparation, taking and circulating formal minutes and providing loggist support when required
- The effective monitoring, responding and organising of the Resilience mailbox ensuring this is managed timely.
- Reviewing and circulating all NHSE and other related cascades received timely
- Liaising with Trust Divisions and external stakeholders where required to support Incident Responses and Directorate level management.
- Support with NHSE assurance submissions relating to EPRR including Bank Holiday planning, ensuring all are submitted within the required timelines.
- Arranging and organising the Resilience on Call rota, ensuring all days are covered and all on calls team have working access to receive page messages
