Join us as a Paediatric Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) in the Inner North West Division of London's largest community healthcare trust.In this role, you'll provide respite care at home for children with life-limiting conditions, supporting both them and their families. Details:

  • 37.5 hrs/week, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Locations: Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster

Main duties of the job

  • To work as a member of the Kaleidoscope Team to provide care to children with complex health needs or palliative care needs.
  • To undertake training required, becoming clinically competent at providing holistic care for individual children, in a range of community settings.
  • To occasionally work as a member of the Special School Nursing Team, to provide care to children with complex health needs in school, mainly in relation to the safe delivery of enteral feeds.
