Requirements:
You will require previous experience of performing administrative duties, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work well in a team and take instructions from several sources.
We are looking for people who are reliable, possess good timekeeping skills, are highly organized, competent with a range of I.T. packages, have a good telephone manner with the ability to take clear messages and perform general office duties.

- Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment

- Experience in dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
- Experience working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience of working with office/administrative systems and monitoring, reviewing and implementing changes to existing working practices
- Proven experience of working in a busy office environment - including managing, maintaining databases and filing systems including electronic documents, maintaining stationery/stock levels and diary management.
