Job summary
We are seeking a Bank Nutrition Support HEFT Dietitian Assistant to assist our specialist dietitians in providing administrative assistance and support to the Nutrition Support Dietetic Team.
ESSENTIAL: previous experience working in Bank for CLCH including use of SystmOne; previous experience working within a community AHP team - ideally in dietetics ; e.g. speech & language, podiatry, physio etc
Microsoft Suite adept - in responding to emails, making appts, using / creating spreadsheets etc
IDEAL: within Home Enteral Feeding / Malnutrition / Dietetics
Main duties of the job
HEFT team - home enteral feeding Team | community dietitians
- Managing HEFT inbox - responding to patients and other healthcare professionals
- Booking appts onto System One, confirming appts w patients
- Updating external databases with important information - such as tube feeding prescriptions
- Managing databases, including in registering patients onto our system
- Accepting and processing referrals
- Possibly confirming and booking obesity clinic appts and sending Teams invites to patients with online appointments
