Job summary

Fixed Term for 3 months - Head of Safety and asset management. To implement new systems and processes for the management of medical devices assets and to implement a safety management system for health & safety

To implement a safe system of work for health & safety process and procedures

To implement an asset management system and controls of medical devices across the Trust

Educated to Masters level or equivalent
Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent

Desirable

MSP qualification Application

Experience

Essential

Substantial recent experience in leading complex projects or programmes involving significant change
Substantial experience of change management - influencing staff to work differently
Substantial experience of business case development
Experience of managing large-scale or complex projects involving matrix management of staff.
Extensive experience working within the NHS or other large public sector organisation.
Experience of working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience of managing external suppliers to delivery products or services

Desirable

Procurement & OJEU experience/knowledge.
Experience delivering IT/digital projects
