Job summary
Central London Community Healthcare are currently seeking a Band 5 Project and Business Support Officer to join them at Grahame Park Health Centre.
The post holder will contribute to the delivery of programmes and projects as part of the overall Quality, Innovation, Prevention and Productivity (QIPP). The role will support the project managers and Head of Divisional Transformation by providing change and operational support services.
The post holder is expected to use communication, negotiation and influencing skills to engage a range of staff to enable the delivery of the division transformation programme and its associated projects against a range of limiting resource constraints. They will be expected to work as a member of a cohesive team and, when required, to take lead responsibility for issues outside his/her immediate sphere of responsibility.

Main duties of the job
The Project and Business Support Officer (PSO) will provide a support service by:
- Working closely with the transformation team to manage reporting expectations and deadlines and guide members of the programme on requirements.
- Lead on scheduling, administration and noting of a range of meetings. Including supporting senior management team via diary support and email support
- Provide project support to project managers on preparing status reports, managing RAID logs and follow up on outstanding actions.
- To support in processes which support the successful running of services and events such as ordering requirements for the division as required, managing room booking, being a named point of contact for liaison with Estates and IT, supporting induction where required etc

- Educated to degree level or have significant project management experience.
- Evidence of continuous personal and professional development
- GCSE English Language grade C (or above) or equivalent
- GCSE Maths grade C (or above) or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 in administration or equivalent
Desirable
- PRINCE 2 Foundation
- Management Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation
- Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
Experience

- Experience of working in a Programme / Project Management Office or within a similar environment
- Previous Project Support within a large and complex NHS organisation and/or private sector
- Experience of reporting information and communicating to a range of staff
- Experience of noting meetings and circulation of clear and concise actions points and notes with specific timescales
- Ability to collate and disseminate complex information and deliver task to tight deadlines
- Proven experience of monitoring programmes and projects in areas of planning, risks, issues, finance, resources, assumptions and dependencies
- Experience of drafting and developing communication messages
- Experience of engaging with organisation senior staff
- Ability to prepare Project Documentation and liaising with key stakeholders to obtain relevant information
- Significant experience of working in a receptionist/ administrator role
- Experience of working in a health setting or public service
- Experience of working in a team
