Job summary
Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) are now seeking a SPA Senior Administrator to join them at Wembley Centre for Health and Care
The SPA team is responsible for processing and registering new referrals booking clinics and client appointments to support achievement of service KPIs (key performance indicators/targets), updating waiting lists, and communicating appointment related information to patients, carers, and health professionals.
They aim to make effective use of resources, reduce duplication, and ensure that referrals are effectively and safely managed through the system. Contact with patients will be largely by telephone and letter.
The post holder is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to effectively coordinate and deliver a high quality of service. They will be an ambassador for the service, will be motivated to provide first class administration in a professional manner to support the work of the service and meet strategic and business objectives.
The post holder is a member of the SPA team and the responsibilities of the team are to support clinical services. As a senior administrator, the post holder will be responsible for organising and co-ordinating the workload to the junior admin team. The post holder will also act on their own initiative in dealing with day-to-day issues
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be comfortable with IT and be keen to learn new software packages and processes and have the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
We are looking to appoint a bright new administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be assertive, work well within a team and be passionate about providing a high-quality service.
