We're seeking an exceptional Lead Nurse to join our team in vibrant Clapham Junction. You'll play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated nursing and health advising teams, working alongside the Clinical Service Manager to continue developing and delivering a modern, accessible, and inclusive sexual and reproductive health service for our diverse community.
What You'll Do:

- Contribute to Research and Audit: Help us continuously improve our services.
- Support our unique BSL service: Contribute to a service that is fully accessible to the deaf community.

- Educated to Masters Level in Sexual Health related nursing or equivalent combination of post graduate diploma, courses and experience
- Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration
- Successfully completed teaching/assessing/preceptorship course
- Evidence of comprehensive professional development
- Relevant specialist courses/training
- Leadership training
- Non medical prescriber or willing to undertake
Desirable
- FRSH faculty registered trainer or willingness to undertake
Experience
Essential
- Recent clinical experience within level 3 integrated Sexual health service at a senior level
- Extensive operational management experience ideally within a Sexual health setting
- Experience of staff line management, managing people issues and supporting staff with training and development
- Experience of implementing change management and service improvement projects to develop or improve services

- Experience of working with local authorities and commissioners

- Can evidence advanced clinical practice and in-depth clinical knowledge of patients within the specialty
