The Volunteering and Engagement team are delighted to be recruiting a new leader for the team.
To deliver high quality volunteering, work experience and patient involvement experiences at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH).
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for:
Delivering high quality volunteer stewardship and impactful volunteer roles to support patients and staff across CLCH. This role will lead on all tasks in relation to the recruitment and management of volunteers adhering to quality standards and promoting the volunteer services internally and externally. You will oversee the running of pioneering projects such as Butterfly Volunteering and Volunteer to Career among others.
Delivering high quality Patient Representative stewardship and ensure exciting and engaging projects for members of the public to help drive improvements to projects across CLCH. The role will lead on all recruitment and engagement tasks and continue to develop the Patient Representative role across CLCH. This includes overseeing our Carer engagement work.
Overseeing high quality Work experiences for the communities we serve. This role will oversee the best practice around recruitment, selection and experience delivery, working with the Participation Development officer to deliver high quality experiences.
In all aspects of recruitment and engagement, this role will champion our commitment to being an Anchor Organisation and developing the communities we serve.
