Job summary
Health Care Support Worker - Holywell Neurological Rehabilitation Unit at CLCH.
You will be a part of an integral multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively with services locally and regionally to provide a high standard of patient neurological rehabilitation care and ensure an excellent patient journey through our services and beyond.
There will be opportunities to further develop your skills and complete the relevant training to support with the smooth running of the department.
The Neuro Rehabilitation Nursing team is a progressive force that operates in Holywell Neurological Rehabilitation Unit in Langley House.
Main duties of the job
To assist in the delivery of clinical care, planned and assessed by the Registered Nurses.
To carry out care/other duties under indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Senior Health Care Assistant.
Support care on a day-to-day basis for all patients in the clinical area in a manner sensitive to the individual client's needs and wishes, always acknowledging their rights and beliefs.
Contribute to resource management within the clinical area.

- Care qualification to NVQ 3 or equivalent experience.
