Are you a highly motivated, organized, and passionate individual?

We're seeking a talented Business Support Officer to join our South West Division team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to our senior leadership team, including the Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Operations, Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapies, and Divisional Medical Director.

What you'll do:

Administrative Excellence: Manage a diverse range of administrative tasks, including diary management, inbox management, and document preparation.

Operational Support: Contribute to the smooth running of the team by providing operational support, such as scheduling meetings, managing projects, and coordinating events.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the division to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.This role will be based across sites based in the South West Division - including; Merton Civic Centre, SM4 5DX and 160 Falcon Road, SW11 2LN
