Job summary
The successful candidate will need to have substantial experience working in community healthcare, demonstrable ability to lead and manage change, experience of staff and budget management, and excellent communication skills.
The role will support the Head of Clinical Services to ensure quality processes are in place and embedded to consistently deliver a safe and effective high-quality service for patients and service users.
You will be supported and have opportunity to develop your leadership and operational management skills.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for providing operational leadership and direction, ensuring the provision of high quality, patient centred services and effective medical, nursing and therapy care within the given portfolio of services.
The post holder will work with services to deveop high-performing teams and ensure the creation of a supportive postive team culture.
The post-holder will support teams to deliver on KPIs, support services to maintain waiting list targets and focus on service improvement.
