Central London Community Heath NHS Trust is responsible for delivering Brent Adult and Children's Community services.
It is an exciting time to join our teams in Brent and we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months will include further integration with primary care, planned and unplanned care models, and a greater emphasis on population health. All being delivered with the support and leadership of a forward thinking Senior Management Team.
The Brent Podiatry Service is a progressive team with new roles becoming available to meet the demands on the service. In this role you will be at the forefront of delivering new models of care through transformation that meets the needs of our community. You will be able to contribute to the creation of what that looks like as well as positively impacting and enhancing the experiences of our patients in Brent.
Main duties of the job
You will provide day-to-day clinical care in a supported environment and within a dynamic team. Providing day-to-day professional leadership, you will ensure the needs of patients are placed at the centre of care delivery while providing assurance that standards of clinical care within a designated area is of the highest standard attainable.
You will need to demonstrate empathy and compassionate leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to teach and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical practice and leadership. At the same time be willing to learn and develop within this Band 6 role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the drive to deliver the above within a well-established division that has good relationships with the local ICB, PCNs, Local authority and Local acute Trust.
