We are wishing to recruit a Paediatric Nurse/Clinical Practitioner at St Charles Urgent Care Centre (UCC).

This is an exciting time to join our Nurse/ Clinical Practitioner Led Urgent Care/ Walk in Services, as we restructure how we deliver high quality care to the Paediatric population.

Band 7 Paediatric Nurse/ Paediatric Clinical Practitioner

  • St Charles Urgent Care Centre, W10 6DZ (7 day service - No nights)

St Charles Urgent Care Centre, See's both Paediatric & Adult patients.On average we see 250 children a month between the ages of 2-16 years. Xray facilities on site.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a highly motivated Paediatric Nurse/ Paediatric Clinical Practitioner with experience of working autonomously in a community and/ or emergency care setting. Paediatric minor injuries experience is highly desirable but not essential as training can be supported.

The UCC see's both Paediatric & Adult patients. Part of the role will involve occasional cross-cover working. We ensure that all our practitioners work only within their scope of practice and will offer training and support for the Paediatric trained practitioner to feel empowered to work in an area which serves both children & adults.
