Senior Administrator (South West Management Team) - South West Division

Band 4 Senior Administrator - Up to 37.5hrs

(Full time or Job share applications considered)

We are looking to recruit a highly organised senior administrator with a positive mindset and outstanding people skills to support our South West Divisional Management team based at Merton Civic Centre, Morden.

Main duties of the job

Your role will include providing administrative support, diary management, project support to services (as required), data collection & collation and relationship building and networking on behalf for the senior management team. You will be required to liaise with staff, clinical leads, and senior managers on a daily basis.

An ability to use excel (intermediate level) and MS teams is essential to support meetings with minutes, action logs and papers being provided.

The post is based at Merton Civic Centre in Morden, Monday-Friday 9-5pm with the expectation that you may need to travel across Wandsworth, Richmond or Merton as required within the role. Flexible working patterns can be discussed at interview.

You should be able to evidence excellent attention to detail, an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain and build relationships with clinical staff and senior managers.
