Children's Hub Administrator and National Child Measurement Programme Support Worker - Band 3 - Merton

The Merton area of CLCH is looking for a dynamic, motivated and highly skilled administrator to join our excellent administration team. This role is as administrator for the Children's Services administration team and support worker for the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP). The Administration hub team is the front facing single point of access for Merton Children's Services and the post holder will need excellent communication, customer service, administration and IT skills to support the team to deliver a high quality service to our clients and professional partners.

  • The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high quality administrative support to the team.
  • Post holder will be part of the National Child Measurement Programme and will weigh and measure children in Reception and Year 6 and accurately record the measurements.
  • The post holder will act as a point of contact for patients, colleagues and external partners and appropriately manage communications within the team
  • The post holder will take responsibility for referral, visit and appointment administration as appropriate to the role, and communicating appointment related information to patients/carers.

Main duties of the job

Your ability to effectively use computer systems to record information is essential. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The successful post holder will be supported in developing skills and knowledge through the Performance Appraisal and Development Review.
