Clinical Services Manager 8B - South West Children's Services

Merton Children's Services (one post)

Wandsworth and Richmond Public Health (one post)

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us in leading clinical services as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months and beyond will include further integration within the care system (ICS) and borough/place- based partnerships, working collaboratively with system partners, including but not limited to in the acutes, Local Authorities, Primary Care, Mental Health, and the Voluntary Sector. The Clinical Services Manager role is responsible for the delivery of a defined portfolio of medical, nursing and therapy services, supporting the Head of Clinical Services to ensure high quality care is in place and providing a visible and accessible presence for their teams.

Main duties of the job

You will need to demonstrate sound leadership and management skills, substantial experience of community services delivery and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
