Job summary
We are looking for an EDI (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) Officer to join the Organisational Development and Culture Team, on a full-time 37.5-hour basis, on a two-year fixed term contract.
The EDI Team which is part of the Organisational Development and Culture Team, are looking for a EDI (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) Officer to support delivery of the Trust's equality strategy and programme of work The postholder will be active in delivering EDI training, EDI engagement, dashboard development, compliance and report writing across the Trust. As a point of contact, this postholder will advocate and influence Trust engagement with EDI.
Main duties of the job
This role includes working as part of a team with multiple stakeholders such Organisational Development and Culture, Wellbeing, HR, People Analytics, Employee Health, Inequalities Team
For this role, you will:

- Have experience or a passion for project support.
- Be experienced in working across an organisation, interacting with a wide audience and influencing others
