Job summary

CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!

West Hertfordshire community respiratory service provided by CLCH is looking for an administrator. The post holder will provide a high quality, efficient and comprehensive administrative service to our Respiratory Consultants and multi-disciplinary team. It is essential that the post holder has previous Administration experience. You will be working with medical terminology, DictateIT.

Main duties of the job

The position will require an excellent communication manner with reception and telephone skills in addition to office administrative duties. Working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team is essential.

  • The post holder will be required to type clinical letters including copy typing. Using DictateIt or similar systems
  • Support temporary staff and supporting day to day running of the office.
