Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to work within our busy Safeguarding Children team, providing administration support to the Birmingham and Solihull Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Safeguarding MASH team.
We have recently merged with Solihull and are keen to expand our team. We alsooffer hybrid working.
The successful applicant will have substantial office experience and an excellent working knowledge of Windows-based computer packages, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Also holding an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills and an awareness of the confidentiality and information governance issues associated with working in a safeguarding environment.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide confidential and comprehensive administrative support to theSafeguarding Children Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) ensuring that the needs of theservice are met.The post holder will be required to maintain good working relationships with a wide range ofindividuals, including those from external multi-agency organisations such as the police andsocial services.

- Applicants are required to travel to all our MASH bases in the West Midlands.
- The core working hours are 9-5.
