The Team Administrator is an exciting role supporting Central Unplanned Community Nursing Teams with the administrative function that enable clinical care to be delivered in patient homes. The vacancy is full time working 37.5 hours over a 7 day rota and includes weekends and bank holidays. Current hours will be between 0800-1800 with the plan to move to 0800-2000 as part of service transformation.

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team including typing of letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation. Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation and staff documentation. Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses. Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff.

  • GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience GCSE Maths Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience
  • ECDL or equivalent IT qualification
  • NVQ Level 3, Diploma or equivalent experience.
