An exciting development opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Administrator role within the EICT- West Team at Norman Power Centre.

The postholder will support the day to day processing of the Division's Subject Access Requests along with other administraiton duties supporting the team and Management team at EICT West .

Full training and support will be provided.The post holder will be required to work weekdays and will need to be flexible with the working hours to ensure the office is covered during core office hours.

The successful candidates will need excellent communication and IT skills, work well as part of a team and have a flexible approach to work.

Main duties of the job

The Administrator post will work be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration support service including day to day administration of completing Subject Access Requests (SARs) received within the Division.

Qualifications / training

Essential

  • Evidence of continued learning and development
  • Maths and English GCSE

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration

Experience

Essential

  • Relevant experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience of using MS packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience of maintaining office systems, including filing, ordering and recording information
  • Experience of co-ordinating diaries and arranging meetings
  • Experience of providing meeting support, minutes, agenda's etc.

Desirable

  • Experience working in the NHS or public sector

Skills/knowledge

Essential

  • Proven skill to create, populate and monitor databases/ spread sheets.
  • Ability to take accurate minutes/notes.
  • Ability to show attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills
