** Join Our Team as Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapies - Learning Disability Services**
Are you an experienced allied health professional or nurse ready to take on a new and exciting challenge? We present an exceptional 6-month secondment opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to step into the role of Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapies (DDNT) within Learning Disability Services. This opportunity is offered on a full-time basis for 6 months.

The DDNT will be responsible for providing strong, visible, professional and clinical leadership to the Division. The role involves working in partnership with the Divisional Senior Leadership Team, our Corporate Nursing & Therapy colleagues, and other key system stakeholders, to ensure the effective delivery of safe, high quality, safe care across the Division.

Main duties of the job
- Provide visible and inspirational leadership to all colleagues across the Division
- Work in partnership with the Divisional Director and Divisional Medical Director ensuring that the Division is fit for purpose and has long- term strategic vision and plans which meet the needs of both national and local priorities, contributing to the success of BCHCFT and reducing organisational risk.
- Have clinical and professional oversight of all Nursing and Therapy clinical services within the Division.
- Act as the named Divisional Lead for Safeguarding and Patient Experience & Infection Prevention Control
- In partnership with the Divisional Medical Director, lead all the Clinical Governance agenda within the Division.
- Responsible for the budget associated with line management responsibilities
