This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with line management skills to play a key role as Administration Manager at the Children's Community Nurses, Palliative Care and Rapid Response Team.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated office manager who will develop, support and lead the administrative team. The Administration Manager will also provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Children's Nursing, Palliative Care and Rapid Response Teams.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to work on your own initiative. You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with an ability to deal with challenging situations.
You will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including the setting up and maintaining of databases in Excel and Access, Mail merge and to be able to utilise skills within the office
