We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Organisational Development (OD) team where you will work across a range of OD activities including leadership development, OD consultancy, health and wellbeing and colleague engagement. Using your OD experience you will undertake all four stages of the OD cycle to deliver effective OD interventions.
We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented person who can work well across a number of projects and who will lead a number of programmes of work in a busy and demanding healthcare setting.
Main duties of the job
You will be an integral part of the OD team, working to embed the Trust values whilst delivering divisional and Trust wide interventions aligned to Leadership and OD plans. You'll work across all of the OD portfolio (Leadership, OD consultancy, Wellbeing and Engagement) and are likely to take the lead on one or more of them whilst business partnering one or more of the divisions.
This role enables you to be creative, work on your own initiative and co-produce interventions with those people whom you will be delivering it to, whilst still maintaining support from the overall Trust.
You will be responsible for interpreting data, diagnosing situations, developing and delivering solutions in partnership with other members of the OD team and our divisional managers..This role enables you to be creative, work on your own initiative and co-produce interventions with those people whom you will be delivering it to, whilst still maintaining support from the overall Trust.
As a member of the OD team you will contribute to the facilitation and delivery of the Trust's value based OD interventions to support the overall OD plans to implement the Strategy 2023 -2028.
There will be no line management or supervisory responsibility.

The Organisational Development (OD) team is part of the Workforce and OD directorate. We are a team of nine who work closely with colleagues in Communications, BCHC Charity and HR.
