We are seeking a Clinical Service Lead to be responsible for operational delivery of a designated service portfolio within the Children's Young People and Specialist Services Division of LCHS Community Services.
Following the successful securing of a forward contract to deliver expanded Integrated Sexual Health Services across both Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire, we are seeking a Clinical Service lead to be responsible for the operational delivery of these services within the Children's Young People and Specialist Services Division of LCHS Community Services.
We are looking for the right person to lead the operational teams across both localities, securing the delivery of the highest standards of clinical care by providing strong professional and managerial leadership. The post is open to registered nurses and allied health professionals.
You will be joining a supportive team of Clinical Service Leads working in the division delivering a wide range of allied health professional and nursing health care services in the community for people of all ages. Examples include Musculoskeletal physiotherapy service, Tuberculosis, Community Cardiology, Respiratory care, Podiatry, Diabetes and Child Therapy services.
Please note, we will be using Personal Profile Analysis as part of the interview process and will require you to complete a PPA assessment prior to interview.
Main duties of the job
To act as quality and governance lead providing assurance in all community teams you manage.
To support Team Leaders to provide a patient centred service based on a strong clinical leadership that has high visibility in clinical practice.
To discharge a wider leadership role requiring working closely with key stakeholders to drive delivery of the clinical and quality strategies for Children's Young People and Specialist Services in Lincolnshire Community Health Services.
