Job summary
You will support the AHP Faculty Lead in all aspects of project management, including setting up and managing projects to include business cases, business plans, Gantt charts, highlight reports, action logs and minutes of AHP Council, Faculty and its sub-group meetings. The role includes management of the Faculty diary, booking appointments and meetings, drafting meeting agenda, liaising with meeting Chairs and attending Council and Faculty meetings. The post holder is the first point of contact for the Faculty email and Twitter accounts and will liaise with Council and Faculty stakeholders across the System. Administrative tasks include setting up and maintaining AHP Council and Faculty SharePoint folders and producing marketing material on request. You will deputise for the AHP Faculty Lead as required (eg chairing meetings) and be involved in event planning, management and delivery.
Main duties of the job
The role will undertake tasks associated with project governance, organisation and assurance ensuring robust communication and planning, applying knowledge and support to help meet planned objectives on time and demonstrate the value of utilising a structured project management approach tailored to the local context and project.
