Job summary
We are looking for an accomplished, credible, and inspirational senior finance leader to join our Executive Team and help steer the organisation through ambitious plans to deliver outstanding care to our communities.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with partner organisations across the Central East ICB to support the development of sustainable healthcare, while effectively managing financial risk and shaping investment strategies.
As a leader, you will act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Trust. Your strong commercial acumen will be key in driving innovation and operational excellence.
The Trust operates a hybrid working model, so you will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and engage your team effectively through remote channels.
