Job summary
The Intermediate Care and Discharge to Assess Beds Team has a vacancy for a full-time Band 6 Physiotherapist. We would be happy to consider part-time hours. You would be joining a supportive team of qualified therapists and therapy support workers to provide senior clinical leadership to deliver quality care to our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Beds and Discharge to Assess Beds in care homes in and around the Stevenage, Hertfordshire area.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will deliver a complex package of high quality healthcare including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients with various needs - including orthopaedics, care of the elderly, neurology.
The post holder will provide expert advice, guidance and information to health and social care professionals, carers, and relatives.
The post holder will deputise for the Lead Therapist as necessary
