Job summary

If you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Teams, have experience of IT systems, are hardworkingwith a positive approach to daily challenges and an eye for detail, then you could be just the person we are looking for to join our WorkforceSystems team.

Main duties of the job

You will be working with various software systems including the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), the Selenity Expenses system, HealthRoster, theTrac Recruitment system and the Trust's Learning and Development system (My Learning Zone).

You will need good numeracy skills, be methodical and organised with the ability to multitask and use your own initiative, liaising with managersand staff providing advice and resolving problems.

  • To provide efficient, responsive and comprehensive systems support to the Trust in accordance with agreed processes and legislative requirements, working with the rest of the Workforce Systems team to administrate Electronic Staff Record (ESR), the Selenity Expenses system, HealthRoster, the TRAC recruitment system and the Trusts learning and development system (My Learning Zone).
  • Be responsible for the checking and approving of changes received via Manager Self-Service on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.
  • Be responsible for ensuring a smooth transfer of information between TRAC and ESR during the recruitment process.
  • Administer the Helpdesk function on the Trusts expenses system, providing support and advice.
  • Provide support to the recruitment process.
  • To work unsupervised, adhering to operational procedures and established practice and referring to the line manager for guidance when needed.
  • To maintain a positive, proactive and professional approach to work at all times.
