Neighbourhood Team (DOR). We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed
part time /full time band 5 Staff Nurse to be based at Droitwich
medical centre, which is situated close to junction 5/6 of M5,we also have
another satellite hub in Tenbury located at the hospital , both offer free
carparking . Our team covers 8 GP surgeries situated in the beautiful
countryside of Worcestershire.

Main duties of the job
The role will require:
- The ability to
communicate effectively with others at all levels
- Working flexibly to provide the
service delivery need across the local area (the service operates from 7:30am
6:30pm, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays)
- An enthusiastic, motivated and
innovative thinker to become part of a primary care facing community
- The ability to work autonomously and
manage your own patient list whilst supervising others and working within a
multi-disciplinary team
- The ability to problem solve and
manage time effectively
- Experience of working in a fast paced
and varied environment
- The ability to travel to deliver care services

their independence, health and wellbeing and remain in their own homes for as
