Job summary
We
have a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to
join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service, Full and part time available, permanent and fixed term contract for 12 months.
We
wish to appoint highly skilled and experienced Mental health nurses to join our
service which addresses the needs of people aged 14-65 who have recently
experienced a first episode of psychosis, or aged 14-35, who may be at risk of
developing psychosis. You will be supporting individuals and their families to
talk about and understand their psychosis experiences, to cope with changes
that have occurred and to promote recovery and staying well.
In your role you will provide a range of
skilled mental health interventions and manage a defined caseload, assessing,
planning, delivering, and evaluating care and actively contributing to groups
and family work.

Main duties of the job
- Behave consistently
