Droitwich, Ombersley
and the Rurals Neighbourhood Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed
healthcare assistant.

neighbourhood team.
If you are looking
for a role where you can use your skills to make a difference come and join our
team where Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Health Care Assistants,
Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nursing Associates and Administrators work
together in local Neighbourhoods and alongside GPs to support people to live in
their own homes.
Main duties of the job
The role will require:
- The ability to communicate effectively
with others at all levels
- Working flexibly to provide the
service delivery need across the local area (the service operates from 7:30am
6:30pm, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays)
- An enthusiastic, motivated and
innovative thinker to become part of a primary care facing community
- The ability to work autonomously and working
within a multi-disciplinary team
- The ability to problem solve and
manage time effectively
- Experience of working in a fast paced
and varied environment
- The ability to travel to deliver care
services you will have the use of a Trust pool car when allocated on a roster
basis.
