Main duties of the job
Leading a team of dedicated Projects Managers and Business Analysts, you will be accountable for their performance and quality of service delivery, and leading on future appointments to the team. You will coach and support colleagues in developing their project management and improvement approaches. Your role is vital in ensuring that the Trust is a strong partner in the ICS.
Crucial will be effective liaison with key stakeholders including the production of regular updates and complex written reports, providing expertise and guidance in supporting Executives / Senior Managers, and relevant Committee / Boards. You will work with all departments, both clinical and non-clinical to support the robust design and implementation of projects, providing effective high-quality guidance to ensure that projects and programmes deliver successful outcomes.
You will be able to demonstrate how you have managed effective project / operational performance and improvement. You will have significant project and budget management experience with in-depth knowledge of operational and project management methodologies. Strong elements of your skillset will be your excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and judgement skills.
