Job summary
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a community environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the River Neighbourhood Team I n Wyre Forest. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed part time Band 2 administrative assistant to be based at Gemini House in Kidderminster 5/6 of M5,we also have another base in Tenbury located at the hospital , both offer free carparking . Our team covers 8 GP surgeries situated in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire.

Main duties of the job
Undertake administration duties that are specific to the role.
Provide administrative support as required, e.g. typing, data inputting, filing, scanning/copying and telefaxing, in line with Trust Policies and Procedures.
Answer/deal with both face-to-face and telephone enquiries.
Deal with incoming and outgoing post. Undertake reception duties, if and when required, to cover for staff absences.
Liaise and interact with service users and colleagues, as and when required.
Facilitate the smooth running of clinics/appointments, ensuring that clinical/non-clinical records are obtained and retrieved, as required.
