Our Kingfisher Neighbourhood team consists of Community
Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Healthcare Assistants and
administrative staff; with GP and social care colleagues working closely
alongside. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding care to housebound
patients across Redditch.

Main duties of the job
Working flexibly to provide the service
delivery need across the local area (the service operates from 7:30am 6:30pm,
Monday to Sunday including bank holidays)
An enthusiastic, motivated and innovative
thinker to become part of a primary care facing community
The ability to work autonomously and work
within a multi-disciplinary team
Experience of working in a fast paced and
varied environment
While on
duty you will either be working alone or alongside colleagues to support
delegated tasks in line with Trust standards and core values
Your typical working day will include home
visits for adults over 18 years needing a range of interventions. These include
caring for people reaching the end of their life, supporting personal care,
participating in manual handling, recording observations and all types of wound
care post operative wounds, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and complex dressing regimes.
